Jeff Evanson
Co-Founder / Atlanta Operations Lead
Jeff is a 40-year veteran of the creative, photography, design, and image creation business, with deep roots in color separation, prepress, 3D, and global color management.
He leads MEG’s Atlanta operations, supporting a major global client across pre-media, point of sale, and packaging needs.
Since helping start Mind’s Eye in 2005, Jeff and his team have served corporate clients and agencies while earning local, regional, and national Addy and Webby awards.
Bryan Ackerman
Pre-Media Production & Workflow Lead
Bryan brings 30+ years of pre-media production experience, blending technology, process, and creative problem-solving to keep teams running smoothly.
He specializes in smarter workflows, color management, quality control, and efficient production systems.
Known for tailoring processes to each client’s needs, Bryan stays hands-on in daily operations and new client onboarding so transitions feel organized, practical, and seamless.
Joe Rebeschi
EVP & Partner
Joe Rebeschi is EVP & Partner at Mind’s Eye Group, leading new business development, strategic partnerships, and growth across packaging graphics, prepress, workflow technology, and digital shelf services.
He works closely with CPG brands, retailers, design firms, and partners to build smarter ways to move packaging from concept to shelf.
Based in New Haven, Joe brings a practical, relationship-driven approach focused on trust and long-term value.
Jen Mersinger
Director of Packaging
Jen is a seasoned packaging professional with 16 years of dedicated service at MEG, consistently reflecting the company’s values of Quality, Service, and Delivery.
She has led client-focused teams across the United States and has played a key leadership role in MEG’s partnership with Coca-Cola.
With specialized packaging expertise, Jen helps guide practical solutions that support client goals, improve execution, and strengthen packaging operations.
Karen Wilson
Human Resources, Finance & Office Management
Karen brings more than 35 years of experience in Human Resources, Finance, and Office Management to Mind’s Eye Group.
Her background spans major printing companies, media organizations, and advertising agencies, giving her a strong view of how people, process, and financial discipline support growth.
After working with Jeff Evanson off and on for more than 20 years, Karen returned to MEG to support operations, leadership, employees, and organizational health.
Leo Mustaki
Co-Founder / Sales & Business Development
Leo is a six-year United States Air Force veteran who received the Air Force Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service while deployed in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
After his military service, he spent 10 years with Digital Equipment Corporation, later serving as Southern Region Operations Manager.
Leo moved into sales in 1996 and became a top producer in packaging graphics and print production before helping start Mind’s Eye in 2005.
