NEW YORK, NY — Mind’s Eye Group spent time in New York City this week with the Helen of Troy team, working alongside members of the OXO and Hydro Flask teams to review current workflows, identify opportunities for greater efficiency, and strengthen alignment across teams.
The visit focused on open discussion, process clarity, and the continued development of a collaborative working model built around communication, accountability, and executional excellence.
Together, the teams walked through current ways of working, discussed where processes can evolve, and identified opportunities to stay more connected as work moves from intake through execution. The session reinforced the importance of real-time alignment, shared expectations, and clear ownership across all parties involved.
“Some of the best progress happens when teams are able to sit together, talk through the work, and solve things in real time,” said Joe Rebeschi, EVP & Partner at Mind’s Eye Group. “Email and calls have their place, but being in the room creates a different level of clarity, trust, and momentum.”
The visit also reflected Mind’s Eye Group’s broader approach to client partnership: staying close to the work, listening carefully, and building practical solutions that help teams move faster, reduce friction, and get things right.
Mind’s Eye Group looks forward to continuing its collaboration with Helen of Troy, OXO, and Hydro Flask as the teams build on this foundation and move forward together.
